How can we improve the public’s attitude towards disabled people? How do you participate in your local community? What are the barriers that prevent you from participating? The latest Disabled People’s Poll survey from Scope and ComRes focuses on your experiences of participating in your community, as well as your views on what has the greatest impact on public attitudes towards disabled people.
They would also like to hear your views about attitudes and behaviours that disabled people experience in everyday life. You may recognise some of these questions from previous surveys - they are asking for your views again so that they can track how attitudes towards disabled people are changing.
To share your views, please click: www.scope.org.uk/attitudes If you are not able to complete the survey all in one go, your link will save your responses and you can revisit the survey to complete it at a later date.
The disability charity Scope set up the Disabled People’s Poll to ensure that disabled people’s voices are being heard. Scope will use the outcomes of this survey to raise awareness and inform their work to create a society where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. The survey is being conducted on Scope’s behalf by the market research company ComRes. It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete (on average, although some people may find that it takes longer). Should you have to break off from the survey part-way through you can save your answers and return to it later. The survey is being conducted in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. All your responses will remain anonymous. If you have any questions about this project please contact Katharine Peacock at disabledpeoplespanel@comres.co.uk or on 020 7871 8669.
Thank you in advance for your help.
